1. Acceptance of website terms

These Terms of Use govern use of HTX-Wear.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. These website terms are separate from the Service Terms that may apply if you hire Houston's Own.

2. Quote requests are not contracts

Submitting a quote request, uploading photos, receiving an automated confirmation, or discussing a possible project does not create a service agreement, guarantee a price, reserve a date, or guarantee availability. A project becomes authorized only when the parties agree to the applicable scope, price or pricing method, scheduling terms, and any other required service terms.

3. Website information

We try to keep website information useful and current, but service descriptions, availability, examples, estimated pricing concepts, and other content may change. Final scope and pricing depend on the actual job, access, quantity, labor, equipment, disposal or recovery requirements, travel, undisclosed conditions, and other project-specific factors.

4. Illustrative and project imagery

Some website images may be illustrative capability imagery and do not necessarily depict equipment or assets owned by Houston's Own. Images identified as Recent Work are intended to represent actual Houston's Own project work. Use of third-party equipment, rental equipment, subcontractors, disposal facilities, or other providers does not imply ownership by Houston's Own.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Houston's Own name, website text, layout, graphics, branding, and original project content are owned by or used with permission by Houston's Own. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation of our services, but may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious files or code, impersonate another person, knowingly submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.

7. Third-party services and links

The website or our communications may rely on or link to third-party services. Houston's Own does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

8. Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Houston's Own does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that every website feature will always be available. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable Texas law, without altering any rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable.
